Dish of the Day:
Today I would like to share another soup recipe which is healthy and tasty.
Ingredients:1 cup of chopped Brocolli, Icup of chopped Spinach(Palak),1 cup of Green peas,1/2 cup leeks,2 or 3 garlic cloves,pepper powder,salt,veg stock and olive oil. You can use frozen peas and frozen brocolli.

Now its serving time!!!!!!!!
You can serve the soup by adding cream to it.. But without cream and less salt is the healthy way.
Tip of the day:
Add few grains of rice in the bottom of salt box. So the
salt will stay dry. This tip will be very useful for people who are living in cold areas .
