Ingredients :
Green Chillies:10nos,Besan Flour-2 cups,Rice Flour-1/2 cup,Baking Soda-1/4tsp,
chilli Powder-1/4 tsp ,Salt to taste,Oil-for deep frying
For Stuffing:
1 cup Boiled Potato pieces, Finely chopped onions,Finely chopped
Corriander leaves,ajwain seeds and salt
For Onion Stuffing
Chopped Onion-1
Roasted Peanuts-1/2 cup
Chopped corriander
Lemon Juice-2 tsp
Procedure:
First wash the green chillis and slit them length wise in middle remove the seeds. Place the chillies in a microwave bowl of water and microwave them for 2 mins.If you doesnt have a microwave boil them on stove for 5 mins and keep them aside.
For preparing stuffing into chillies: Mash the potatoes and add 1/2 tbsp of ajwain seeds,Corriander leaves and salt. Mix everything,stuff into the chillies and keep aside.
Now for making dipping batter, mix both flours,salt ,baking soda and pinch of chilli powder with water.
Heat the oil in kadai.When oil is hot dip the stuffed chillis one by one in batter drop into oil.
Deep fry until golden brown in color.Take out from the oil and drain well on absorbent paper towels.
Tasty and mouth watering mirchi bajji is ready.
We can stuff the onions to taste its awesome....
For Onion Stuffing:
Slit the fried bajji with a knife and stuff chopped onions,corriander, peanuts and lime juice.
Tip of the day:
Take honey in spoon and allow to fall in transparent glass if honey mix with water its not pure .if it make line and sit in bottom its pure.
