Green Chutney:
Ingredients:1 cup corriander leaves,1 cup mint leaves(pudina),2 chopped chillies,1tbsp lemon juice,salt,sugar
Procedure:Blend all the ingredients together. Add salt, lime juice and sugar as per your taste.
Green Chutney is a good combination for Kachoris,Samosa,Chat items etc.,
Tip of the day:Wrap coriander in a newpaper and place it in
fridge. Paper absorbs the moisture and keeps coriander fresh for many
days.
