Ingredients: 3drops red color,1tbsp butter,1/4tsp chilli pdr,1tsp coriander
pdr,1tbsp Fried Onion, 1/4tsp garamasala pdr,1tsp ginger garlic paste,1/4tsp kastoori
methi pdr,1tsp ketchup.1cup milk to add to gravy,1cupmilk to mix spices,250gramspaneer,salt,1tsp
tomato paste
Procedure:Mix all the ingredients in milk except panneer and keep aside. Now melt butter add ginger garlic paste and mix add fried
onion crushed (this ingredient is
optional) now
add the
mixture of all spices that are mixed with milk and
cook for 3 min.Add salt ,
paneer and remaining milk. To adjust the thickness add cream. Serve hot
with naan or chapathi.
Tip of the day:
When peeling garlic, thump the clove with the side of a knife or cleaver and the skin will lift away easily.
