Ingredients: 1/2 cup All purpose Flour (Maida)
1/2 cup Sooji
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Procedure: Mix the ingredients for puris with water to make a not very soft dough. Roll them into rotis and using a lid of small round steel box, press the lid on the rotis to get small round puris.
Using a knife, make small holes in these puris so that they remain flat when fried.
Heat oil and deep fry them till golden brown.
You can use these for many chat items.
