Carrot Soup:
Ingredients: 2cups of chopped carrot, 1/2 cup onions, 1/4 tbsp corriander powder,2 or 3 garlic cloves,pepper powder,salt,veg stock and olive oil.
Procedure:Place a sauce pan on stove. Put 1 tbsp of olive oil and add garlic cloves.Now add onions, fry for some time. when they become soft, add 2 cups of water,salt,veg stock and pepper powder.Let it boil. Now add carrot pieces and close the lid.When everything is cooked, turn off the stove and let it cool. Empty the sauce pan in to a blender and blend it into a puree. Now transfer the puree in to the sauce pan and add some water and corriander powder.Leave it boiling for 3 mins. Add salt and pepper as per your taste.
Now its serving time!!!!!!!!
You can serve the soup by adding cream to it.. But without cream and less salt is the healthy way.
Tip of the day:
. If you accidentally over-salt a dish while it's still cooking,
drop in a peeled potato-it absorbs the excess salt for an instant.
