Sev

 Sev:

Ingredients:1 cup Gram Flour
1/4 cup Rice Flour
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
Oil to fry
Procedure: Mix the ingredients with water to get a soft dough. Put this in the Muruku machine with small holes and press directly  into hot oil. Remove from oil when the hissing sound stops and the sev changes colour.

Crush the sev finely.
