Butterfly Sandwich

Dish of the Day:

This is a my new recipe. It is both good for health and looks very attractive, kids will love to eat them.

Ingredients :

Bread Slices: 3
Eggs: 2
Chillypowder:1/2 tsp
Salt
oil
Tomato sauce
Green chutney: Click here for recipe

Procedure:

1. Break the eggs into a bowl and mix it with chilly powder and salt.

2. Cut the bread slices into butterfly shapes as shown in the photo.

3.Place a pan on stove and put half tsp of oil on pan.

4.When pan becomes hot dip the bread in egg and place it on pan.

5 After some time turn it and fry on other side.

6. Do the same for three slices of bread.

7. Now spread the green chutney on one side of a fried bread. Spread tomato sauce to another slice and pile them on the above the other and finish with by placing another fried bread as shown in the photo.

8. Finally garnish with green chutney and tomato sauce.

Tip of the day:
After repeated soakings and scrubbings failed to clean a pan with a layer of scorched milk, I sprinkled on some baking soda, added enough water to cover, and waited a couple of hours. The baking soda lifted the burnt milk. I've tried this with other stuck-on foods – it always works.

Entertainment of the Day:

Word of the Day:
Money is the root of all evil.

Money is the main cause of wrongdoing and problems.
